Dear Runners!
Our first 5th Saturday aNR Special Run is kicking off on 30 January 2010. We're still finalizing the route but here's sharing what we already have planned especially for you.

Morning runs are lovely. And running in a group gives you greater motivation to get up and get the day going.
The Third edition hopes to bring you greater knowledge as we introduce our adidas mi coach trainer, Mike Tan, and Sports Physiotherapist, Gino Ng. Mike Tan is the best man to answer any technical questions you may have about adidas running technology. Gino will run with us, and he’ll be open for any questions you may have about common stretches for runners, running techniques, or just about anything related to running injury prevention and rehabilitation.

7:30am Briefing on running route and road safety
7:45am Start of 5th Saturday Run
8:50am Learn about adidas mi coach + Lucky Draw
9:10am Private shopping
RUNNING ROUTE
8.6km is the magic number!
We'll take you along Kallang River, where you'll see the skyline of the Stadiums, and U-turn at once we hit North Bridge Road. We'll run through Nicoll Highway, with its beautiful river sights in the mornings, back to adidas @ Suntec. It is going to be an awesome run!

We'll be rotating between the adidas stores for different routes, so do look out for the next 5th Saturday run. Meanwhile, pictures from 1st - 3rd edition are already up on the aNR Facebook Group.
